Southern India Holidays (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a travel planning service arranging tailor-made holidays across Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, with support from Kochi (India) and London (UK). 2. What information we collect

When you submit an enquiry or contact us we may collect: your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, country of residence, preferred travel dates, number of travellers and the details you choose to share about your trip. We also collect limited technical data (such as IP address and basic analytics) when you use the website.

3. How we use your information

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare and discuss a possible itinerary, arrange travel you ask us to, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Lawful basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry, and where applicable to perform a contract for travel arrangements you request.

5. Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to respond to you and arrange travel — for example with our email provider (Google Workspace), our website hosting and security providers (Hostinger and Cloudflare), and, where you ask us to make arrangements, with relevant travel suppliers (hotels, transport, guides and local partners). These suppliers may be located in India.

6. International transfers

Because we operate in both the UK and India, your information may be transferred to and processed in India to arrange your travel. We take reasonable steps to protect it.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business and legal record-keeping, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including UK GDPR), you may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use. To do so, email info@southernindiaholidays.com.
